FOREST PIERCING IS AN ADULT ONLY STUDIO.

***You cannot bring children to be pierced, or accompany you to be pierced, including babies in prams***

Proof of Age

We are adults only, if you ignore this and book on behalf of a child the piercing will not be performed and may be charged in full for the wasted appointment time. Genital piercings always require a photo ID regardless of your age. Failure to provide photo ID when it is requested will result in the cancellation of your appointment.
The actual photo ID must be present, you can not bring a picture of your ID with you or a photocopy of your ID, please bring the actual document. Your ID is required as proof of age and must feature your date of birth and a photo that bares your resemblance.

Persons permitted in to the studio

Guests are not permitted in the piercing room. If you require a Physical Aid, Carer or Translator they are permitted access but due to the space restrictions in the room they must be able to stand. You can not bring a child or infant into the shop with you during your appointment. No one under the age of 16 is permitted in the premises.

Zero Tolerance

As stated in our studio Code of Conduct we do not tolerate the abuse of staff, this is a private business and rude or abusive people will be told to sling their hook.

Should your name or gender appear different on your ID

Photo ID verification is required as proof of age. If your gender identity differs from the gender or sex displayed on your ID this will not be scrutinised by staff as your gender or sex are not pertinent to determining your age. Additionally, if you now go by a different name, please feel confident to use your current name when introducing yourself to staff. We are required to document your ID card for legal purposes but there is no reason for us to refer to you by a name you no longer go by. Photo ID must bare a strong resemblance to you and display a date of birth, these are the elements that must be present for your ID to be accepted. If you no longer bare a clear resemblance to your photo, the ID can no longer function as proof of age and you must have this updated prior to your appointment.
