Do you know what size of jewellery you’d like to order?
Yes: Brilliant! Proceed with your order, custom ordered jewellery cannot be returned because of inaccurate size information so it’s important we get it right.No: No worries, you can’t custom order something that’s size dependent like a ring or shaft of any kind if you don’t know the size you need. We have some size charts below for you, or you can ask us in person at your next appointment, or drop in on one of our drop in days and we can write down your size for you. Custom ordered jewellery cannot be returned because of inaccurate size information.
Do you know what company you’d like to order from?
Yes: Awesome! We’ll try our best to accommodate you, but we don’t trade with every company so we may not always be able to accept your order. If we can’t, in most cases we can try and offer a similar alternative. Many companies have a minimum required order, so we can’t always get you one single, thing especially when it comes from a company we don’t trade with, as it’d cost us more than the value of the sale to fulfil your order. Given that we’re a micro-business, sometimes we’ll have to decline sales.No: No problem, most of our custom ordering is done through Anatometal, Junipurr and BVLA. If we can source it for you we will or we can find something similar we’ll try our best to help. There are some companies we do not trade with. We are a micro business and it’s fiscally unrealistic that we could trade with everyone, so if there’s not a similar alternative with one of our suppliers we will have to decline the order.
What is your budget?
I’m not sure: It’s OK not to have a set budget, but custom ordered jewellery can range into the several thousands of pounds, and having a budget can help us direct you to pieces that will work within that budget.
I have a set budget: That’s great, we can use that information to help you make your money go as far as possible.When do you want your jewellery?
I’m not sure: That’s OK, custom ordering usually takes a little while and we can hold your order for a few months on arrival so there’s no rush.
I have a specific date in mind: If you’re planning on wearing your jewellery for a special occasion please let us know before ordering because we can give you a realistic expectation of how long a company will take to fulfil an order, and this way we can prevent disappointment if it can’t be done in time.How long does custom ordering take?
We process orders in as little as 30 days and as long as a year! Depending on the piece and the waiting times of the producing company it varies. We process custom orders now on a monthly basis to help us mange client orders efficiently. Custom ordering is an unpaid, extra value service that we offer, so to help make your order run as smoothly as possible, make sure you have answers to questions 1 through 4 before submitting a request.
