As a piercing client you are trusting your body and your health with a relative stranger and we believe it’s important that you know your rights as a customer. Click here to read those rights.

At Forest we promise to treat each customer with professional courtesy, dignity and politeness. We will not make attempts to message you privately on social media unless in response to a question you have asked directly. We will not share your personal details with anyone. We will maintain and expand our knowledge and skill set to continue to offer you the very best quality of information available. We will never mislead you into getting a piercing that will not work well with your anatomy or sell you the lowest standard of jewellery available.

Client code of conduct

We at Forest studio will not tolerate the use of abusive, hateful or sexual inappropriate language. We will exercise the right to refuse service to anyone who is insulting or demeaning towards our staff.
Any unwanted physical contact made towards staff will be reported to Police Scotland immediately. Any attempts made to stalk, threaten or harass staff in person or through social media channels will be documented and reported to Police Scotland.

We expect clients to treat us with the same courtesy and respect that all humans deserve.
